During my internship this past summer, I spent time surveying the many existing trajectory inference (TI) methods. TI methods leverage data from thousands of single cells to reconstruct lineage paths and infer the order of cells along developmental trajectories.
This past summer, I was immersed in the world of single-cell genomics - a completely new field to me. With this came learning not only how data were experimentally collected, but also how to computationally process these data.

Over the last few weeks I’ve been immersed in an internship where I’ve learned a TON about single cell genomics, trajectory inference methods, and Python.
